Sr. Program Manager – Learning and Enablement

Position Summary

The Sr. Program Manager – Learning and Enablement is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, governance, and performance reporting of strategic learning and enablement initiatives. This role partners with leaders across the organization to drive execution, provide visibility into portfolio performance, support executive reviews, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of strategic learning and enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain portfolio plans, project timelines, milestones, executive dashboards, and status reports.
Monitor portfolio health and provide regular updates on progress, key milestones, strategic objectives, and business outcomes.
Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for executive business reviews, governance meetings, and operational planning sessions.
Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, dependencies, capacity challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Provide leadership with visibility into initiative progress, organizational capacity, resource utilization, and overall portfolio performance.
Facilitate governance meetings, document key decisions, track action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
Support prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation across strategic initiatives.
Establish and continuously improve portfolio management standards, governance processes, and operational best practices.
Partner with leadership to strengthen execution, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Support additional strategic projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, business operations, strategy, learning and enablement, or a related field.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience preparing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and business review materials.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project or portfolio management tools.
Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
