RPA & Intelligent Automation Developer

Objective

The RPA & Intelligent Automation Developer will be responsible for analyzing business processes and designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions using UiPath and other intelligent automation technologies. This role will help deliver secure, scalable, and efficient automation solutions that support global business operations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain RPA and workflow automation solutions.
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess technical feasibility.
Develop unattended automations using UiPath and related technologies.
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, Microsoft platforms, web applications, and APIs.
Support deployments, production monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, and automation governance initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational guides.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and global cross-functional teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on emerging automation technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA or Intelligent Automation development.
Strong experience with UiPath development and UiPath Orchestrator.
UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Professional Certification.
Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications and REST APIs.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting production automations and working in Agile environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams.

Preferred:

Experience with OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
Exposure to AI-assisted automation, LLM integrations, or AI agents.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate.
Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, VB.NET, SQL, Git, CI/CD, or Azure.
Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, HR, or IT automation processes
