Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests before arrival and guide them through pre-arrival information, property orientation, and check-in procedures.
Act as the main internal liaison for guests during their stay to support inquiries, special requests, and any operational needs.
Provide personalized recommendations for local experiences, tours, dining, transportation, and activities in Tamarindo and surrounding areas.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction and ratings.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external service providers to deliver consistent service levels expected in high-end villa rentals.
Facilitate a smooth check-out process and gather post-stay feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain record of guest preferences to support repeat business and tailored services.

Desired Skills

Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end villa management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Costa Rica’s tourism offerings and the ability to recommend curated guest experiences.
Strong problem-solving orientation and calm response under pressure.
