O2C Analyst – Collections
We are currently looking for O2C Analysts – Collections to join a dynamic and growing Shared Services team in Costa Rica.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in accounts receivable, collections, or finance, who are looking to grow within a multinational environment and contribute to key financial operations.
What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, analyzing account balances, and resolving discrepancies. You will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on assigned accounts receivable portfolio

Perform collection activities and ensure timely payment from customers

Investigate and resolve billing disputes

Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances

Prepare account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
-
Identify and analyze unapplied cash
-
Generate financial reports and perform ad hoc analysis
-
Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and service levels
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
-
1–4 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or finance roles
-
Advanced English level (C1) — mandatory
-
Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
-
Experience with SAP or similar accounting tools
-
Experience in Shared Services or multinational environments is a plus
