O2C Analyst – Collections

We are currently looking for O2C Analysts – Collections to join a dynamic and growing Shared Services team in Costa Rica.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in accounts receivable, collections, or finance, who are looking to grow within a multinational environment and contribute to key financial operations.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, analyzing account balances, and resolving discrepancies. You will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on assigned accounts receivable portfolio

• Perform collection activities and ensure timely payment from customers

• Investigate and resolve billing disputes

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances

• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Identify and analyze unapplied cash

• Generate financial reports and perform ad hoc analysis

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and service levels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or finance roles

• Advanced English level (C1) — mandatory

• Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

• Experience with SAP or similar accounting tools

• Experience in Shared Services or multinational environments is a plus

• CV must be submitted in English
