O2C Analyst – Credit

Objective

Support the Order to Cash process by performing credit analysis, evaluating customer credit risk, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures. The role contributes to maintaining healthy receivables by analyzing financial information, reviewing credit requests, and supporting credit management activities within the organization.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze customer credit requests according to company policies and procedures.

Evaluate credit risk by reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and customer payment history.

Support the credit approval process for new and existing customers.

Prepare credit analysis reports and maintain proper documentation for credit decisions.

Monitor customer credit limits and identify potential credit risks.

Prepare periodic reports related to credit exposure and customer risk analysis.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper credit management processes.

Identify operational issues, repetitive problems, or risks and propose improvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Escalate credit or operational issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, credit analysis, or related roles.

Experience in collections processes is acceptable.

Experience in cash applications is not required.

Experience working with master data will be considered a plus.

Studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience in Shared Services environments preferred.

Bilingual English / Spanish.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
