Objective
We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven International Sales Manager to lead market expansion efforts, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with international clients in a confidential industrial/export business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
- Open and manage strategic client accounts
- Build long-term commercial relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Lead commercial negotiations and support business growth initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, export logistics, and management
- Analyze pricing, margins, and commercial opportunities
- Represent the company professionally across international markets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in international sales, market development, or B2B commercial roles
- Experience opening new markets and developing new clients
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of international trade and global market dynamics
- Availability to travel
- Experience in industrial materials, wood, or related sectors is a plus
