Position Summary

We are seeking individuals with advanced English skills and a passion for technology to provide technical support to users while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to users through various communication channels.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Document and track support cases in internal systems.
Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Follow up with users to ensure timely resolution.
Meet established service quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 or higher).
Basic knowledge of technical support or Information Technology.
Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
