Coordinator, International Freight Services(Local)

JOB OBJECTIVE
Support daily international freight operations by coordinating shipments, customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with requirements, and high-quality customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate shipments with carriers, shippers, consignees, and origin teams.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, contractors, and internal teams.
Manage customer inquiries and provide operational support.
Monitor costs, revenue, billing, and operational compliance.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and process issues.
Maintain logistics procedures and prepare operational reports.
Ensure daily operations meet customer requirements and KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain.
Experience coordinating shipments and working with carriers, vendors, and logistics providers.
Knowledge of logistics processes.
Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
