Regional Reinsurance Advisor (LatAm)

Objective

Drive business development across Latin America by originating and structuring reinsurance solutions, acting as a strategic advisor with a strong focus on growth and partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and develop new business across LatAm
Advise clients and structure reinsurance solutions
Leverage international markets for risk placement (including London market access)
Promote advanced risk solutions including MGA platforms and captives
Build and manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and corporates
Coordinate with headquarters for underwriting, legal, and placement execution

Key Offerings & Product Portfolio

Direct Reinsurance & Brokering
Leverage strong underwriting capacity and London market access to structure and place complex risks.
Turnkey MGA Solutions (“MGA-in-a-box”)
Offer end-to-end MGA creation, including capacity investment, advanced IT infrastructure (AI-driven pricing, accounting, and actuarial tools), and full operational setup.
Captive Management & Structuring
Provide full-cycle captive solutions, from design to administration, tailored to industries ranging from agriculture to large-scale industrials, enabling clients to retain and optimize their risk.

Requirements

10+ years in reinsurance (LatAm focus)
Background as Reinsurance Broker or similar
Strong regional network and proven business generation
Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and commercially driven
Fluent English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
Willing to travel across the region
