Objective
Lead and deliver high-impact IT Infrastructure programs, ensuring measurable business outcomes through effective cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring measurable business and operational outcomes
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, managing competing priorities and stakeholders
• Drive complex programs across IT Infrastructure domains, including internal platforms, compliance, and operational workflows
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement
• Bring structure to ambiguous challenges by managing risks, dependencies, and business decisions
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to align requirements with business goals
• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders and ensure proper documentation
• Mentor Program Managers and contribute to scalable frameworks, best practices, and workflow optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience managing strategic business or IT programs across multiple functions
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure domains (Identity Management, Networks, Cloud, Endpoints, Service Management)
• Experience in security, compliance, or operational initiatives (e.g., audits, access control, risk management) — preferred
• Experience with program management frameworks, agile methodologies, and tracking practices
• Strong analytical skills, including fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving in complex environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or B2B environments — preferred
• Advanced English level — mandatory

Additional Information
6-month contract

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (Pacific Time)

Hybrid model: Onsite in Heredia 2–3 times per month
