GTM Program Manager
Heredia, Costa Rica
Job Objective
Oversee end-to-end GTM program operations to ensure compliant execution, accurate tracking, and cross-functional alignment that enables scalable growth and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end submission intake, ensuring completeness, compliance, and alignment with program standards.
- Facilitate Bill-of-Materials (BOM) reviews across internal stakeholders and manage communication of outcomes and next steps.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of all active intelligence platform solutions to ensure timely progression through the pipeline.
- Manage Use Case Opportunity (UCO) attribution tracking and validate alignment between program records and sales systems.
- Proactively identify new GTM opportunities and coordinate outreach with Account Executives.
- Audit and update Go/Pages, internal agents, and industry-facing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate across Partner, Industry, Sales, and Operations teams to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure execution clarity.
- Deliver bi-weekly status reports and quarterly scorecard summaries with clear insights and performance metrics.
- Coordinate quarterly alignment meetings and maintain documentation of program performance metrics.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline validation, tracking, and reporting workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and/or cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in managing sales for project attribution and tracking program impact.
- Experience handling scorecard alignment and executive reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Assertive and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of UCO identification, outreach, and attribution processes.
