Customer Experience (Data Specialists)
San José, Costa Rica
About the Role:
These professionals will be responsible for managing, auditing, and optimizing internal and external data exchanges, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and process efficiency.
As a key link between our internal teams, customers, and vendors, the Data Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality data flows, supporting customer experience, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (vary by level of experience):
- Manage and monitor daily data exchanges and accuracy across platforms.
- Support the Customer Experience leadership team in reporting and analysis.
- Measure performance against established data quality and integrity metrics.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and data improvements.
- Maintain and update internal SOPs and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer SLA requirements regarding data management.
- Collaborate with origin/destination teams, vendors, and account managers.
- Lead or support key projects and initiatives, depending on seniority.
Qualifications:
General:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- English proficiency (B2+)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Project and data tools is a plus.
