Position: Sales Executive – German Speaking

Reports To: Sales Manager / Operations Manager

Position Summary
The Sales Executive – German Speaking will be responsible for advising and assisting clients from the German-speaking market with personalized travel planning in Costa Rica. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating travel itineraries, managing reservations and quotations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on personalized vacation planning in Costa Rica.
- Create and coordinate customized travel itineraries together with management.
- Manage reservations, quotations, and client follow-ups efficiently.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients until final confirmation.
- Analyze and compare product options and pricing within the German market.
- Assist with billing processes and credit notes.
- Write product descriptions in German for databases, catalogs, and other media.
- Verify and update product and pricing information on sales platforms.
- Ensure organization and backup of sales offers and information.
- Provide customer support and emergency assistance when required.
- Ensure compliance with sales goals and performance targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Sales and Customer Service within an Inbound Travel Agency.
- Experience in opening and developing new markets.
- Proven experience in sales closing and negotiation.
