Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute collection activities efficiently and effectively in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the timely collection of missed or outstanding payments from clients, minimizing overdue balances.
• Manage cash collection for a designated customer portfolio using dedicated software/systems and resolve billing disputes in a fair and timely manner.
• Oversee a portfolio of receivable accounts, ensuring aged balances remain within set business targets.
• Update bad debt provisions, prepare debt analysis, and monitor account performance regularly.
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies that arise.
• Generate scheduled or ad-hoc financial analysis reports as required.
• Adhere to agreed service levels, company policies, and procedures.
• Address operational issues and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• French level: B2-C1
• English level B2
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Industry or shared services experience is an added advantage.
