Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable NIGHT SHIFT Transportation Coordinator.

In this position, you will be in charge of creating dispatches for our fuel transportation drivers, helping to solve customer issues and address complaints.

To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluate gas stations inventory needs
Prepare drivers/carriers routes and paperwork for the day
Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule
Routes documentation
Respond to queries related to products and deliveries
Handle driver and customer issues/concerns
Communicate with management resolving issues and improving processes

Qualifications
*High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
*1 year experience in a similar roles.
*Strong knowledge of emergency processes and procedures
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficient in MS Office with proven experience in data entry
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Excellent night performance

*This is a night-shift and on-site position*
Schedule: 8 am pm a 8am
Rotating schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other weekend off.
– after 7 hrs is paid as extra hrs .
