Tranfer Pricing Analyst

The Transfer Pricing Analyst plays a key role in ensuring compliance with global transfer pricing regulations by performing financial and economic analyses, supporting statutory reporting processes, and maintaining high-quality documentation across multiple jurisdictions. This role operates in a global environment and contributes to operational excellence by driving process standardization, control adherence, and automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform transfer pricing analysis and statutory accounting tasks, including profitability reviews, intercompany recharges, and documentation aligned with OECD guidelines.

Prepare Local File reports across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

Execute complex reconciliations across various ERP systems and internal records to support audit and compliance efforts.

Support transactional activities related to SOX controls, tax audits, and financial reporting by coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.

Maintain and continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on regulatory updates or process changes.

Identify automation opportunities and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Apply technical knowledge and judgment to resolve issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior exposure to transfer pricing or corporate tax-related tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or economics.

Understanding of core finance and accounting processes.

Advanced English proficiency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Adaptability and change management capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in managing or collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.

Familiarity with global compliance frameworks and audit cycles.
