Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain and Inventory Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing supply chain and inventory management, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The role will focus on continuous improvement, logistics process optimization, and the implementation of sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management:
Develop supply chain and logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and optimal delivery times.
Control and optimize inventory levels to meet demand without generating excess stock.
Oversee import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
Coordinate distribution and transportation logistics to guarantee timely deliveries and cost reduction.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
Implement operational efficiency methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and process automation.
Manage supply chain risks and establish contingency plans.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate logistics performance and propose improvements.
Apply advanced technological tools (ERP, WMS) to optimize inventory management.
Leadership and Coordination:
Supervise the inventory and logistics team, ensuring continuous training and development.
Foster a culture of efficiency, quality, and service across the supply chain.
Coordinate with departments such as production, sales, and customer service to ensure operational alignment.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
– Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or equivalent (preferred).
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
– At least 5 years in a leadership role within procurement, planning, or distribution.
– Advanced English C1 (mandatory).
– Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management tools.
– Experience with Lean methodologies and process automation.
– Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
