Senior Informatica Engineer

You will support the development of fully integrated web-based database applications and contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex data integrations and business processes using Informatica tools.

Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

Support the team lead in achieving project success (SDLC compliance, change control, risk escalation).
Demonstrate accountability and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement.

Product Deliverables

Review and interpret product documentation and requirements.
Design and implement new software deliverables using Informatica and database technologies.
Document system designs and contribute to shared frameworks and standards.

Workflow & Process

Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, project managers, and fellow engineers.
Communicate effectively with remote team members and ensure alignment across the organization.

Technical Work

Use Informatica (CAI & CDI) to build and maintain application and data integrations.
Support production environments, deployments, and troubleshoot issues.
Work on application configuration, support, and enhancement tasks related to internal systems.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in software development with .NET or Java.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica (CAI and CDI).
5+ years of experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Couchbase.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and WCF services.
Proficiency in XML, JSON, XQuery, XPath.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git, TFS).
Background in the healthcare or health insurance industry.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to innovate and stay updated with emerging technologies.
