Specialist, Technology Solutions & Digital Product
San José, Costa Rica
This role exists to support the development, implementation, and delivery of technology solutions and digital services that drive the company’s commercial and operational growth strategies.
The role includes two main functions:
Technology Solutions
-
Support product development in the assigned region.

Actively participate in the product lifecycle, including:
-
Identifying improvement opportunities
-
Performance evaluation
-
Market research
-
Analyzing user feedback
-
-
Ensure products meet operational and business requirements.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into functional requirements.
Service Delivery
-
Assist in the successful implementation of technology solutions in regional and local offices.
-
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery.
-
Support activities such as:
-
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-
User training
-
Product launch and adoption
-
-
Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations.
2. Key Result Areas (KPIs)
A. Technology Product Development
Responsibilities:
-
Identify business opportunities through research.
-
Prepare client presentations and product demonstrations.
-
Collect stakeholder requirements and user feedback.
-
Translate business needs into functional requirements.
-
Document product lifecycle and analyze data.
-
Support training and product launches.
B. Product Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:
-
Participate in product evaluations to identify issues or gaps.
-
Provide technical feedback to development teams.
-
Support quality testing and usability evaluations.
-
Recommend improvements based on user feedback.
-
Follow up on incident resolution.
C. Technology Solutions Implementation
Responsibilities:
-
Support solution implementation within agreed timelines.
-
Participate in:
-
Data migration
-
System integration testing
-
UAT
-
End-user training
-
-
Serve as the first point of contact for client issues.
-
Prepare product usage guides.
Qualifications
Education (Required):
-
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field
Experience (Required):
-
2–4 years in:
-
Application support
-
Logistics operations
-
Solution consulting
-
Preferred:
-
Experience with logistics applications and tracking systems
Technical Skills (Required):
-
Knowledge of logistics operations and business applications
-
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
-
Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Power BI, PowerApps
Language Skills (Required):
-
Advanced English
