Senior Collections Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C)

Role purpose

Execute collection activities efficiently and effectively in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure collection of missed or outstanding payments from clients are minimized.

Key activities & responsibilities

• Responsible for the cash collection of a designated customer portfolio using dedicated software/ systems and resolving billing disputes in a manner that is fair and timely

• Focus on managing portfolio of receivable accounts and ensure aged balances remain within the set business targets

• Update bad debts provision, prepare analysis on debts and monitor account performance

• Prepare reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies that arise

• Prepare scheduled /ad hoc financial analysis reports

• Adhere to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures

• Resolve operational issues and escalate to supervisor where necessary

Required experience

• 2+ years of work experience

• Knowledge in process migration

• Industry or shared services experience is an added advantage

Performance indicators

• Collection rate

• Unallocated receipts

• Customer satisfaction

• Cycle time to process

Schedule: M-F, 7-4 or 8-5
