Senior Account Manager

Objective of the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Managerto spearhead our client’s expansion in America. This pivotal role is responsible for driving account growth with key U.S. clients, acquiring new business, and establishing operational excellence in their Bogotá office.
As one of the founding leaders in the regional hub, you will have a unique opportunity to shape strategic initiatives, build long-term client relationships, and position yourself for executive advancement as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Growth & Development
- Develop and execute strategies to expand key client accounts in the U.S.
- Lead high-value engagements that drive long-term client success.
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build and nurture consultative relationships with senior decision-makers.
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Own late-stage business development and new client acquisition.
- Lead contract negotiations and navigate compliance requirements.
- Develop strategic proposals for enterprise clients.
- Convert qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
- Collaborate with global leadership to meet revenue growth targets.
Operational Leadership & Team Building
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a multicultural team in Bogotá.
- Establish operational processes and best practices for the Americas region.
- Drive performance management and professional development initiatives.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the new office.
- Contribute to executive decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in expert networks, management consulting, investment banking, or professional services.
- At least 2 years in a senior client-facing role, managing high-value accounts.
- Proven track record in growing strategic accounts and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English (mandatory).
