Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Prepare quotations and budgets based on customer needs.

• Conduct client visits to understand technical and commercial requirements.

• Follow up on client quotations and support the sales process.

• Review sales metrics to ensure target achievement.

• Quote supplies related to work orders.

Engineering

• Review product specifications and client requirements.

• Conduct feasibility studies and product designs.

• Validate products and processes to meet functional and quality standards.

• Support design activities using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.

Production

• Monitor and follow up on production orders.

• Coordinate workload capacity and delivery schedules.

• Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure documentation is up to date.

Quality

• Ensure compliance with client specifications.

• Manage customer complaints, warranties, and non-conformance reports.

• Review and improve quality procedures and documentation.

  Requirements

  Education

  • Technical diploma in Precision Mechanics.

  Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in precision mechanics or metalworking industries.

  • Previous experience in sales and technical roles is essential.

  Other Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (mandatory).

  • Fluent in English (mandatory).

  • Strong teamwork, proactivity, and communication skills.
