Project Manager / Customer Service

Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing the project team and resources. This role involves developing project plans, coordinating activities, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects meet business objectives and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, materials and resource requirements.
- Define project deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation.
2. Project Execution:
- Lead and manage production teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Coordinate project activities, manage dependencies, and address any issues or risks that arise.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to stay on track.
3. Customer Interaction and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project updates and issues.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform project adjustments and improvements.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, team members, and management.
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
- Address and resolve stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
5. Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Monitor and manage project issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on project outcomes.
- Maintain a risk register and ensure proactive management of risks throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project requirements.
- Implement and enforce project management best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, including progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project changes and updates.
8. Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to facilitate their professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree or relevant certification preferred).
- Minimun 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Advanced verbal and written English communication skills
