The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all production activities within the company’s free trade zone operations. This role ensures operational efficiency, high product quality, and adherence to delivery schedules while optimizing resources and maintaining safety and environmental standards. The Production Manager plays a key role in ensuring the production process aligns with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning:
  Develop and implement effective production plans based on market demand and resource availability. Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Manufacturing Process Supervision:
  Supervise all manufacturing activities to ensure products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. Implement lean manufacturing practices to streamline processes, reduce waste, and maximize productivity.

• Personnel Management:
  Lead the production team, assign tasks, and foster a safe and productive work environment. Organize training programs and initiatives for continuous development to enhance team skills and competencies.

• Quality Control Oversight:
  Establish and maintain quality control systems to ensure products comply with established standards. Conduct regular inspections and tests to proactively identify and resolve production issues.

• Inventory Management:
  Oversee raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure availability while managing storage costs effectively. Implement just-in-time inventory practices to boost efficiency and minimize excess inventory.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with labor safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Work closely with compliance teams to adhere to all specific regulations and guidelines related to free trade zones.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production management roles, ideally within the free trade zone or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques, process management, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strategic, results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in English B2+ / C1.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.
• Certification in production or operations management (e.g., Certified Production and Inventory Management – CPIM).
