Objective:

To arrange and monitor ocean bookings, drayage and domestic freight shipments, rates, appointments, documentation and other office duties and special projects as designed.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent service to customers worldwide.
Set up & monitor transportation for domestic & international orders.
File documentation for exportation
Work and communicate with suppliers, customers, transportation companies & sales staff
Send, receive, file and monitor freight rates
Problem-solve in a high-volume atmosphere
General office duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from accredited institution.
Bilingual, English & Spanish.
Passport & Visa.
Driver’s license.
Immediate availability .
