Jr Transfer Pricing Analyst

The Transfer Pricing Jr Analyst has an important role in the organization by showing accountability through-out key financial processes execution, helping the team on adopting new transfer pricing activities, apply the established control points in each process, ensuring standard ways of working and always looking for automation opportunities. This position will be performed in a global context.

Mainly tasks:
-Provide support on transactional activities, gathering reports for SOX controls, fiscal and external audit purposes, having proper interactions with audits for transfer pricing audit cycles.
-Work on assignments’ supervision that require judgment, initiative, and technical-specialized knowledge to resolve problems and provide solutions.
-Review, creates and maintain the Standard of Procedures (SOP) for law updates, process changes, and the inclusion of special situations or scenarios.
-Identify improvement areas and deliver automated operational processes.
-Perform material and complex reconciliations among ERPs and internal deployments.

Requirements:
-Proper understanding of accounting / finance processes.
-English B2+
-High analytical skills and detailed quality orientation.
-Proper business applications skills (MS Office).

Preferred qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration or similar.
-Knowledge on transfer pricing or tax processes.
-Change management skills for new processes adoption.
