The General Manager will oversee the company’s operations, including production, Warehouse, supply chain, and financial performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of electronics manufacturing.

The company specializes in cellular device procurement and offers services such as content clearing and liquidation of end-of-life devices. It operates from secure locations in Hong Kong, Santa Ana, California, and the Dominican Republic and maintains a research and development lab to ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the management team and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including production, supply chain management, and quality control, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Financial Management: Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors, to support business growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Desirable experience in a senior management role within the electronics industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial management and performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The General Manager should have extensive experience managing multiple sites with hundreds of employees in a fast-paced company, specifically within the cellular phone repair industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to oversee diverse engineering teams and ensure operational efficiency and high performance across all locations. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic planning, resource allocation, and consistent communication to align team efforts with company goals. Proven ability to handle rapid changes and make data-driven decisions is essential knowledge of diverse ISO processes.

Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to foster a collaborative work environment and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic industry focused on mobile device repair and customer service excellence.

It is based in Santo Domingo, DR, in a well-known, established Free Trade Zone. Currently, it has almost 300 employees and can grow to 700.

• General Manager reports to CEO of the company.
