The Direct Tax Junior Analyst has a key role in this transformation by showing accountability of the in-scope markets processes knowledge transfer, the execution towards achieving KPI’s.

Specific Activities
 Preparation and filling of low complexity corporate income tax returns, including but not limited to federal,
state and local tax filings.
 Conduct basic statutory accounting analysis for tax purposes and oversee the reconciliation of the balance
sheet.
 Data analysis to provide accurate and quality information for tax compliance purposes.
 Review and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for law updates, process changes, and
the inclusion of special situations or scenarios.
 Develop an understanding of tax and financial processes and the business sense needed for making daily
decisions and proposing efficient ways of workings.
 Work and promote process improvements – standardization and automation

Experience
 1 + years working on Direct tax, finance or statutory accounting processes.
 1 + years working with processes on an Accounting Firm or shared service center environment.
