Customer Service Clerk
Costa Rica
We are seeking a Customer Service Clerk to support behind-the-scenes logistics coordination and documentation. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with strong computer skills and an interest in transportation.
This role starts in-office for training, and transitions to a hybrid schedule (4 days remote/week) once onboarding is complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with interline carriers to obtain final delivery updates and enter accurate data into the system
- Manage documentation uploads and update delivery status information
- Handle straightforward pickup email requests (as confirmed by partner relations or requested by shipper)
- Review and follow up on email responses from interline carriers, entering relevant comments
- Process storage notifications and support Overage, Shortage, and Damage (OS&D) exception reports
- Perform all data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong keyboarding and general computer skills
- Knowledge of Canadian provinces and U.S. states
- LTL400 experience is an asset- transporte terrestre de carga – plus
- Prior experience in the transportation industry is an advantage
- English proficiency at B2+ level (intermediate)
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field– Bachillerato Universitario indispensable o estudiante
