Collections Clerk – US

Execute collecƟon acƟviƟes efficiently and effecƟvely in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure collecƟon of missed or outstanding payments from clients are minimized.

ResponsibiliƟes
 Monitor adherence to policies and guidelines, for operaƟng companies assigned.
 Check credit worthiness of customers and cooperate with respecƟve agencies respecƟvely.
 Monitor outstanding credits quality (over-limit review, fluctuaƟons in A/R balances, DSO, reinforcement of
pay terms).
 Report on open past due balances and discuss responsive acƟon with internal stakeholders.
 Evaluate and decide credit requests or changes of credits on given limits.
 Act as point of contact for group finance in all credit limit requests which exceed given limits.
 Prepare reports reflecƟng status of credit and collecƟon acƟviƟes for management review.
 Focus on managing portfolio of receivable accounts and ensure aged balances remain within the set business targets.
 Prepare scheduled /ad hoc financial analysis reports.
 Adhere to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures.
 Resolve operational issues and escalate to supervisor where necessary.

Requirements
1+ years of work experience
Technical Degree in Accounting or any other similar area
Industry or shared services experience is an added advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft office or equivalent tools
English C1
