Primary Functions:
• Works with SA, PM and Core engineers to generate technical designs that align with project requirements, company guidelines and best practices
• Develops and unit tests code packages that are applied to customer implementations
• Analyzes customer data and implements mapping rules into Globys data ingestion processes
• Creates custom integration services that connect to external Web APIs, Messaging Queues and database replicant.
• Collaborates with the Product Management and Engineering teams to develop estimates and overall implementation solution plans.
• Define and document best practices and contribute to company knowledge sharing efforts.
Job Qualifications:
The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.
They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have) along with soft skills (competencies) needed for the role:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
• 5+ years of experience developing complex, production-ready software services using object-oriented design patterns, and relational modeling, and one or more of the following languages: C#, Java, .NET, or similar.
• 5+ years of strong database experience with advanced knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle. Experience in other database systems such as Postgres, or MySQL is a plus.
• Exceptional technical skills with a proven track record of 5+ years of experience working in high performance agile teams and delivering complex, high quality, software solutions in a timely and cost-effective fashion.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills, and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a small, fast-paced team environment where team members.
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with telecommunications billing data and service-level workflows.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools
• Familiarity with enterprise-level systems and SaaS platforms
• Background in mapping and transforming large data sets
