Position Overview

We are currently hiring Inside Sales Representatives to support our international freight forwarding operations (Ocean & Air). This is an exciting opportunity for proactive professionals looking to develop within a global logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
Collaborate directly with the Global VP of Corporate Sales on strategic sales initiatives.
Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients, understanding their logistics needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international logistics and transportation trends.
Utilize Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) for communication and reporting. (Microsoft Office may be used in the interim.)
Operated within the Cargowise platform for logistics and CRM (training provided).
Proactively identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Educational background in International Trade, Customs, Logistics, or a related field.

Proven experience in international freight forwarding (Ocean & Air).

Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools (Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with Cargowise or willingness to learn (training provided).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets.
Willingness to travel internationally on occasion (minimal travel expected). -opcional viajes , ideal pasaporte y visa
