Recruitment Analyst

Purpose of the Role:
The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s talent acquisition efforts by managing full-cycle recruitment processes, with a particular focus on high-volume hiring. This role ensures the timely and efficient sourcing of qualified candidates, leveraging technology, organizational skills, and strategic job postings to meet staffing needs. The analyst will play a key part in enhancing candidate experience and contributing to the growth and success of the organization through effective hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly for high-volume and urgent hiring needs.
• Post job openings across various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, local job boards, social media, etc.).
• Source, screen, and interview candidates according to job requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Maintain organization and prioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven experience in managing high-volume hiring.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• High sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in posting and promoting job openings across multiple online channels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing an excellent candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing companies or in free zones.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding.
• Familiarity with labor laws and hiring compliance standards.
