Luxury Real Estate Agent
Costa Rica
Position Objective
To represent ultra-luxury real estate across Costa Rica to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing expert advisory services and managing high-value transactions with utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and market insight.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations

Represent exclusive luxury properties to elite local and international clients.

Conduct private property tours, VIP showings, and personalized real estate consultations.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNWIs, investors, and developers.

Negotiate high-value transactions while protecting client interests.
Marketing & Business Development
-
Execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, content creation, and lead generation.

Collaborate with the internal marketing team to enhance brand visibility.

Attend industry events, investment forums, and networking opportunities to grow clientele.
-
Proactively build a personal portfolio through strategic relationship development.
Market Expertise & Advisory

Stay informed on market trends, legal frameworks, and investment opportunities in Costa Rica’s luxury real estate sector.

Assist clients with legal, financial, and tax-related considerations, including residency strategies and international property laws.
Technology & Administrative Duties
-
Maintain organized records using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms.

Conduct virtual meetings and presentations via Zoom or Google Meet.

Utilize digital tools for sales reporting, marketing communication, and client engagement.
Mobility & Availability
-
Frequently travel for property showings and client meetings, including coastal and remote locations.

Be available during weekends and holidays to accommodate international clientele.

Attend exclusive industry events and property expos as required.
Requirements
Experience & Education
-
Minimum 3–5 years in real estate, luxury sales, hospitality, or investment advisory.

In-depth understanding of Costa Rica’s real estate laws, property valuation, and transaction processes.
Skills & Qualifications
-
Proven success in closing high-value deals and navigating complex negotiations.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (additional languages such as French, German, or Portuguese are an asset).

Proficient in digital tools including Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

High ethical standards, discretion, and the ability to work independently.
Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
-
Willingness to sign Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreements (NDA/NCNDA).

Commitment to represent Nohara Estates exclusively (multi-agency or part-time roles are not permitted).
-
Industry certifications (CCCBR, CRGAR, CIPS, CRS) are preferred but not mandatory.
