Sales Representative
Trinidad y Tobago
Objective:
To drive business growth and customer satisfaction by providing technical support, coordinating sales training, and ensuring the effective execution of commercial policies. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining market intelligence, and supporting financial operations through effective customer relationship management and payment tracking.
Main responsibilities:
- Customer nurturing: Frequently visits and attends customer’s requests.
- Provide technical support and coordinates sales trainings. Attends claims and special quotes.
- Sales follow up: Keep track on business KPIs and sales forecast.
- Supports the operative pricing guidelines and ensure the execution of the commercial policies.
- Market Know how. SOW, competitors, and markets sizes. Responsible to identify new opportunities and prospects.
- Daily CRM update: Customer visits and pipeline opportunities.
- Supports financial department with the collection and track on customers payments.
- Prepare technical trainings and support online tools.
Who are we looking for?
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales positions or related field.
- Industrial or electrical sales experience will be considered as a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate to advance English level.
