We are ooking for a Power Platform Consultant with experience in implementing, customizing, and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations, along with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users.

Implementation & Configuration

• Install and configure the Dynamics 365-based system and web portal platform.
• Develop automation and custom applications using Power Platform.
• Conduct system testing in collaboration with internal and external users.
• Manage client upgrades as needed.

Consulting

• Work with the Sales team to gather client requirements and understand the proposed solution.
• Conduct in-depth research to fully understand the client’s business needs and objectives.
• Lead requirements analysis sessions and propose optimal solutions.
• Develop best-practice business processes that align with our software to minimize customizations.
• Document requirements and create a gap analysis between the standard solution and client needs.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Product Owner to design solutions for identified gaps.

Documentation & Development

• Create technical documentation, user stories, and test cases.
• Work with Product and Development teams to ensure system stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing code.

Training & Mentorship

• Train clients on product setup and usage.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants.

Task Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate time and task tracking for reporting and billing purposes.
• Meet productivity targets (36 billable hours per week).
• Follow all documented processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of experience in designing, configuring, and developing business solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
✔ 5+ years of experience in Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse administration.
✔ 3+ years of experience with .NET and C#.
✔ 5+ years of experience conducting discovery and gap analysis for various clients.
✔ Experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience with JavaScript.
➕ Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
➕ Experience in the association industry is a plus.
