Business Development Representative

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s legal services and generating business opportunities by identifying and capturing potential clients. Additionally, they must effectively manage customer relationships using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools. To perform this role effectively, strong sales skills and experience in managing and utilizing CRM tools to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction are required.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Sales Executive include the following:
- Prospecting and Acquiring Clients: Identify and contact potential clients through market research, participation in relevant events, and lead generation from various sources.
- Presentation of Services: Clearly and persuasively communicate the services offered by the company, highlighting their advantages and benefits for clients.
- Negotiation and Closing Sales: Manage the sales process from initial negotiation to closing the deal, ensuring that established sales objectives are met.
- CRM Management: Be responsible for the administration, updating, and ongoing monitoring of the CRM, ensuring that the database of potential clients is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Collaboration with the Internal Team: Work closely with the legal team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of contracted services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor the market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors, providing relevant insights to the company’s Management team.
- Reporting and Follow-up: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare periodic performance reports, and participate in follow-up meetings with management.
- Data Analysis: Utilize the analytical and reporting functions of the CRM to assess sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and make informed decisions to enhance sales strategies.
- Long-term Relationship Development: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with specific clients, including conducting regular follow-ups and identifying additional opportunities for legal services.
Requirements:
The requirements for the position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Professional level of English.
- More than 3 years of experience in sales positions or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the legal or professional services sector, with a focus on the use of CRM.
- Proven experience in managing and administering CRM systems, with the ability to customize, configure, and effectively utilize its features.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to achieve established sales goals.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, initiative, and ability to work independently, making effective decisions in variable situations.
- Interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships, showing empathy, active listening, and persuasive skills to understand and effectively meet their needs.
