Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute collection activities efficiently and effectively in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure the timely collection of missed or outstanding payments from clients, minimizing overdue balances.
Manage cash collection for a designated customer portfolio using dedicated software/systems and resolve billing disputes in a fair and timely manner.
Oversee a portfolio of receivable accounts, ensuring aged balances remain within set business targets.
Update bad debt provisions, prepare debt analysis, and monitor account performance regularly.
Prepare account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies that arise.
Generate scheduled or ad-hoc financial analysis reports as required.
Adhere to agreed service levels, company policies, and procedures.
Address operational issues and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications:

French level: B2-C1
English level B2
Similar experience in financial roles, or in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
